Captain America Film Implications

BUR #5359 has been approved by @evazion.

create implication captain_america:_the_first_avenger -> captain_america_(series)
create implication captain_america:_the_winter_soldier -> captain_america_(series)
create implication captain_america:_civil_war -> captain_america_(series)

They're all part of the same franchise, plus there's examples of the characters set in between some of them but not for a specific entry. Also they're all Marvel works. Please change all instances of "alias" to "imply" as it won't let me submit the bulk request otherwise.

It wouldn't go through because Winter Soldier and Civil War are larger than the series tag. Captain America (series) will need to be manually tagged until the subset tags account for less than 90% each of the parent tag. Oh, or a mass update would work?

Manually tagged the posts and created the Wiki pages required for creating implications.

I was thinking, wouldn't it be better to put these Captain America films and others under a Marvel Cinematic Universe copyright tag? I heard sometime ago there was a reason why Superhero copyright tags don't implicate their publishers

Removed Captain America (series) -> Marvel from the BUR. If we want that then we should do a more comprehensive BUR. Currently nothing implies Marvel or DC Comics.
