Rename Offering -> Religious_Offering

BUR #5319 has been approved by @evazion.

rename offering -> religious_offering

As it stands at the time of writing this BUR, the majority of the recent posts from the past 3 months or so tagged with offering are being used incorrectly and are depicting characters presenting an object to someone else, i.e. food, a gift, etc. when its wiki states it's purely related to religious related offerings and gifts. To remove any ambiguity between it and giving, I think this rename would be worthwhile to remove ambiguity.

I'd go for a rename rather than an alias. The tag is pretty small, and the original name is way too ambiguous.

True, I'll edit it and fix the current posts that don't fall under it.
