remove implication shana-tan -> chibi

Her chibi form is identical to her usual appearence with only a difference in size. It should be covered by just adding shana and chibi into the tags.

remove alias shakugannoshana -> shakugan_no_shana

will purge shana-tan when I finish flagging. They are just some DVD specials for context.

I don't see a need to purge the Shana-tan tag, they had their own specific references outside the main series. Also at the end of the Shana series it still resulted in them making 14 Shana-tan episodes, which is as long as many anime short episode series.
