It just seems sensible to do this. Tokai Teio from Umamusume notably wears a single epaulette and that property is growing in popularity. I think it's reasonable to implicate single epaulettes under the epaulettes tag as more and more images of this character in particular are being uploaded.
While we're at it, what's our policy for "single" tags implicating the main tag anyway? Most of them do, but there's a few exceptions (notably single_earring.)

This BUR should give most single tags the appropriate implication. However, this is by no means a final version, as there were a couple I was unsure about:
- The single_bare_* tags. I figure for the more "fetish-y" tags, for lack of a better term, having the distinction between single or not may actually hold value. (Same logic for single_inverted_nipple)
- single_sidelock and single_hair_intake.
Here's a list of single* tags I'm not sure even need to exist:
single_gold_tooth
single_wide_sleeve
single_headphone
single_hand
single_bang
single_drill
single_garter (leg garters are usually single by default, the rest could probably be replaced with thigh_strap or single_garter_strap. For true garters, a search with single_thighhigh should work.)
And these tags *could* use an implication, but would need some cleanup before doing so:
- single_tooth
- single_tear
Looking to hear any thoughts people may have.
single headphone is obviously being used for a set of headphones that only covers one ear. This definitely justifies its own tag, even if (or arguably especially because) it is rare. It's too small to justify an implication, though.

Sorry, forgot to explain that one. The thing about single headphones is that I've pretty much only ever seen them on headsets, which is an existing tag, but the two examples in the tag don't have the microphone that is typically present on headsets. I wasn't sure if having a mic was a requirement for the headset tag. (Another possibility would be to have single headphone be a subset of the headset tag.)
Single fingerless glove (like single elbow glove) is also used on posts where one glove is normal and the other is fingerless, having it imply single glove would be a mistake.

single bang seems to be a mix of hair between eyes, ahoge and a bunch of other tags.

If a strand of hair is dangling over one breast it still could be stated that it's over "the breasts" as a whole
