create alias hand_on_penis -> penis_grab

Honestly, I think hand_on_penis would be the better tag, as some pictures just have a hand on penis without grabbing it, but hey, whatever works.

I don't think of penis_grab when I try to tag hand_on_penis, so uh, yeah.

Maybe the opposite would be better?
hand_on_own_penis exists and this would be consistent with other hand_on_* - hand_on_own_* tags.

I think it should be sepaprate: hand grip (grabbing) vs hand touch without grip (hand_on_penis).
post #2690591 It is difficult to call it a capture, but according to the description of the tag, support also refers to this tag. Just here the hand support without grabbing - 5 fingers at one side.
But that's just my opinion.
