Is it possible not to merge the two tags of noriuma and kisw2010? This made me feel trapped and harassed me. I hope to help fix this problem, thank you

To remove tag aliases you need to make a BUR request, on top of your screen there should be "Request alias/implication".
You'll then have to type in unalias kisw2010 -> noriuma and the reason.
Danbooru usually keeps old names aliased for archival purposes, and i'm not sure if an alias has ever been removed for reasons such as yours. You may want to contact one of the admins.

If the artist explicitly requests it to us we do keep different accounts separate. It has happened before for SFW vs NSFW for example.

Oh, I’m sorry that I didn’t express it clearly enough;( I hope that the works under the name of Noriuma can be separated from the works under the name of kisw2010, because I don’t want anyone to entangle me with works published in my past. It would need a bit of gardening, the main thing to do would be to make a kisw2010 artist tag, and afterwards go through all posts tagged as Noriuma, find the ones who were uploaded on the kisw2010 account, and replace the Noriuma tag with the kisw2010 tag.

These artist tags were realiased in BUR #32623. I'm assuming the user that made the BUR was unaware of the discussion in this topic. We should be able to use Aisarenakutemo's tag edit history to determine which posts get which tag.
