Danbooru Discord Issues

This thread is intended to discuss and hopefully address some of the serious issues that this sites Official Discord seems to be plagued by.
Before getting into any of those issues I feel it is important to establish that the Official Discord is of and related to Danbooru. And as such this forum post is acceptable.

To that end I will highlight that:
•There is a link to the Official Discord on the bottom of this site, next to Rules and Contact.
•Also on Evazion's Contact page, it recommends sending him a message on Discord.
•And lastly is the amount of times the Official Discord is referenced as where to go for certain issues in the forums already.

However to assume that the Official Discord is somehow able to exist without an outside discussion, for any number of reasons; is the sort of thinking that has lead to this forum post.

This post is keeping with all rules for forum posting and is NOT meant to address any particular member of either the Official Discord or this site. But is instead created to evaluate the best policies and procedures in regards to the Official Discord. And to discuss where some of the shortcomings to existing policies and procedures may be.

I'm gonna stop you right there: you were banned because you joined the discord and immediately started picking fights with other users, posting passive-aggressive rants targetting said users, and sending unsolicited DMs to basically everyone in the staff, even after being warned multiple times about it. You then posted this, left, and then came back and started doing it all over again. I strongly suggest you stop with the aggressive behavior and learn some self-awareness before you get banned here too. Gonna lock this thread in advance since it's a badly-disguised preamble to targeting users again.
