Rename mona -> mona_(2ch)

BUR #4664 has been approved by @evazion.

rename mona -> mona_(2ch)
create alias monar -> mona_(2ch)

I thought it was strange that mona wasn't a missed search at all like ganyu was. Turns out a random character with 14 posts was hoarding it all this time. Mona will of course need to be made a disambiguation page after this, since there's a dozen of them

This is the same character as monar. Either migrate "mona" to that, or alias that tag to mona_(2ch).

I would merge both mona and monar to mona_(2ch), that's how I've always heard it called.

Yeah, I could only find one noted example of it being called Monar, so this seems fine to me

Added monar alias to the BUR, if there's any issues with it please do fix it, I don't really know anything about this character
