Pixiv Request - Gift Files

Since October last year I have been hitting up some Pixiv artists for commissions via Pixiv Requests. After the completion of a request the artist uploads the finished work to their Pixiv gallery but with some of my requests I was given higher res versions of those images as "gift files".

I would like to upload these files but first I'd like to make sure that decision isn't going to butt heads with the no paid content rule being paid commission works.

I have two works from Mannack that are a no go as he has uploaded the high res versions of those works to his Fanbox. Then there are my requests from 2drr, I have mentioned about opening a Fanbox to him a few times so he may profit more from his works but so far he doesn't seem to want to go ahead with one just yet. He may decide to go ahead with a Fanbox in future so I still have some concerns about undercutting him is were to use these works.

Commissions are not paid rewards, that tag only applies to posts released behind a paywall/subscription site.

If you are the commissioner you obviously obtained the full res files via legitimate means and so you can upload them. That the artist then released the same files on a paywall does not matter, so long as you obtained them through a proper channel. Just make sure to use the commissioner upload tag so people don't think it's a forbidden upload.
