alias for crescent + new tag proposal

BUR #4480 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias crescent_moon_pin -> crescent_pin

The pins are just a crescent shape and the phased moon isn't the only thing that can be a crescent shape.

Also, on the topic of crescents, are users okay with crescent hat ornament being added to compliment crescent hair ornament? Patchouli Knowledge wears a crescent pin on her mob cap and I feel it makes sense given the two tags for stars, star hat ornament and star hair ornament.
Since mob cap implies hat, I think crescent hat ornament is valid for Patchy's case.

This is fine I guess, although I'm not really a fan of tags for accessories that are only ever worn by a single character. Consider something like carrot necklace, for example. It sounds like a generic tag, but in reality it's almost exclusively used for Inaba Tewi's necklace. It adds more tag bloat to posts without adding much actual information.
