Body hair implications

BUR #4464 has been rejected.

create implication anal_hair -> body_hair

create implication navel_hair -> body_hair

The wiki was written in 2014 and nobody changed it, so I assume its line that states

Essentially, use this tag if there isn't a specific tag for the region of the body on which the hair is growing.

is just outdated with these tags around.

I'm asking for these implications so that the tag works the same as the tattoo tag.
I could not include pubic hair because it would make up more than 90% of the tag.
Other suggestions are welcome.

Most of these I guess are fine, but we may want to keep armpit_hair separate from this like with facial hair and pubic hair.

I'm OK with not grouping them with the others, but I don't really understand why. Is it because it's not as apparent as the others?
Removed armpit hair from the BUR in the meantime.

I would want anal_hair to be separate too, but maybe that's just me.

Can you provide some elaboration? What does it affect if it implied body hair or not? I still don't see the problem. Why can't this tag just be like the tattoo or scar tags?

I would like to bump this for another look. If the body hair tag remains as it is, it's next to useless.
