Nipplications

create implication orange_nipples -> colored_nipples
create implication purple_nipples -> colored_nipples
create implication red_nipples -> colored_nipples

create implication yellow_nipples -> colored_nipples

Figured that the [color]_nipples tags should also imply colored_nipples, to be in line with the colored_skin tags.

The bulk update request #4436 (forum #178992) has been approved by @evazion.

I think it's unnecessary to use these tags when a character has colored skin of the same color. For example, if a character has blue skin, then it's natural for them to have blue nipples. We don't need to tag every body part that's blue when someone's whole body is blue.
