Request: nontraditional miko implicates miko

BUR #4392 has been rejected.

create implication nontraditional_miko -> miko

Because a nontraditional miko is still a miko, and as such should include that tag as well.

Looks like someone changed the wiki for nontraditional_miko and removed the most important detail, which is the tag is specifically not to be used alongside the miko tag because that tag implicates the Japanese clothes tag. As long as that implication remains, this tag can not implicate the miko tag.
