juz as alias for beijuu

create alias juz -> beijuu

I keep searching for this artist by their old name. The name juz wasn't needed for another tag when their name was changed so why isn't this an alias still? Other artists like lolicept/belko can still be searched with their old name.

The bulk update request #4320 (forum #178151) has been approved by @evazion.

This artist was renamed without an alias about 3 months ago. The rule now is that artists with more than 200 posts have to be moved with an alias.
