Hidamari Sketch qualifier use

BUR #4231 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias yuno -> yuno_(hidamari_sketch)
create alias miyako -> miyako_(hidamari_sketch)
create alias hiro -> hiro_(hidamari_sketch)
create alias sae -> sae_(hidamari_sketch)
create alias nazuna -> nazuna_(hidamari_sketch)
create alias nori -> nori_(hidamari_sketch)
create alias yoshinoya -> yoshinoya_(hidamari_sketch)

Aliases all common/singular names to use the qualifier. This also standardizes all of the character tags in this series.

I'm not terribly familiar with this series, so if any character tags are missing, please feel free to edit the BUR.

I don't think the qualifier is necessary for Ume-sensei, especially given that the character is a stand-in for the author Aoki Ume and isn't a character on the same level as the rest of the cast (notably does not interact with the cast). Potentially that could mean the character could appear in other works from Aoki Ume.

Alright, I wasn't totally sure about that one. There is some ambiguity in the name, though as long as another ume-sensei doesn't come along, we should be fine. I went ahead and updated the BUR.

I'll let these aliases stand then remove them after 2 months. Even though they're ambiguous they're very old and some of them are relatively large.

It's only been a month but I'll go ahead and get this out of the way.
