rename compact -> cosmetic_compact

BUR #4224 has been approved by @evazion.

rename compact -> compact_(cosmetics)

"Compact" is broad as a term. Currently the tag is used to refer to a specific type of cosmetic box containing some powder and a mirror. Other suggestions were "compact_mirror" (disagreed with due to mirror not really being a focus of the product), "powder_box" (too similar to powder flask/keg for gunpowder).

Perhaps rename it compact (cosmetics) instead?

This tag also needs some utility aliases. I personally had never heard of it before a discussion on discord pointed out it was being mistagged as hand mirror. compact_mirror at least should be aliased to it.

My concern with compact_mirror was that it would just be used for any old smaller/folding mirror rather than the specific type of implement it is. if that's not really an issue I'll add it in

I think compact (cosmetics) is actually a pretty good choice. It'll pop up if you try to type in "compact" first, and it specifies cosmetics. When I came up with "cosmetic compact" I didn't really take that into consideration. I vote for compact (cosmetics)!
