Instructions might be a bit too ambiguous. Even with the wiki directing users to the instruction manual tag for cases where it's an object in the image, there are still such posts under the instructions tag (ex: post #3293613 and post #3073258).

I've changed it to a rename, I think it's better to leave it as a disambiguation page.
The bulk update request #4216 (forum #177564) has been approved by @evazion.
