*_band_legwear alias reversal

Posted under Tags

BUR #4205 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias cat_band_legwear -> cat_ear_legwear
create alias bunny_band_legwear -> bunny_ear_legwear
create alias animal_band_legwear -> animal_ear_legwear
rename bat_band_legwear -> bat_legwear

Because they have extremely unintuitive names. Google calls them "cat ear thigh highs" for example.

There's also horn_band_legwear but IDK if we should change it to horn legwear or what.

Updated

As has already been pointed out, there have been designs that use wings, tails, horns, and other parts of the animal, so it makes more sense to me to have a catch-all term as is used now.

Still, the problem is, most of those animal-legwear is about "ears". To make all the other styled-legwear searchable, I would say we shouldn´t alias "animal_eared_legwear" to "animal_band_legwear" but rather create an implication.
In this case you can exclude it for your search.

I'm fine with an implication, but I think if the focus is specifically about the animal ears for that tag then the legwear should only have animal ears and should not have a face to go with it. So things like post #3473665, but not things like post #3498616.

I don't mind a reversing of the alias, my primary concern is that the name is not very intuitive (cat_ear_legwear currently finds nothing unless you type the whole thing) so turning it into an utility alias keeping the current tag as main is fine too.

If we want to have different tags for each case and implicate them after then they need to be populated beforehand.
