So for browsing posts with ball busting content, there is no unifying tag here, and ~11 years ago what would be one (ball_busting) was aliased to tamakeri. The issue is, tamakeri is pretty damn similar to another tag, crotch_kick, only that at least one of the parties has to derive sexual pleasure from kicking/being kicked in the balls.
tl;dr what do with ball busting
It seems underpopulated currently. Should tags like testicle_grab, crotch_kick, crotch_stomping, and tamakeri imply it?

testicle grab does not imply violence or pain, so no. crotch kick can be non-sexual in nature, so I'd say that's also a no. tamakeri maybe?
How about squeezing_testicles?

Ball busting is a better known term than tamakeri. It shouldn't imply crotch kick because it involves any kind of hitting/punching/stomping of the testicles.
