implication falling_petals -> petals

create implication falling_petals -> petals

Anything containing falling_petals is obviously going to contain petals as well, so it makes sense.

The majority of petals posts are actually falling petals, so I would say this tag is redundant. Yes, not all petals are falling petals, but given that petals has 65k posts and falling petals only has 750 posts, if you want to actually find falling petals you're going to have to go through petals anyway.
