As being discussed in topic #17699, there are two different ways in which this tag is used. Sometimes it seems to mean something like even worse anatomy:

The first of these two definitions is problematic because the line between "bad" and "worse" is subjective. The latter definition on the other hand seems much more useful as a tag, and it seems categorically different enough from regular bad anatomy that the implication doesn't hold.
