Reverse suntan -> tan

BUR #3945 has been rejected.

create alias tan -> suntan

I couldn't find when this alias was made, but it needs to be undone. Suntan is the proper term for skin browned by exposure to ultraviolet rays. Tan is too ambiguous a name, resulting in it being used for any character with light brown skin, regardless of whether it can be confirmed to be natural or not.

If this one is approved, I'll make a second request aliasing tan -> suntan

As far as that topic is concerned, I don't have a problem with tagging characters with suntans as dark skin, though I have my own thoughts on where the threshold for that should be. But even if that BUR gets approved, tan should still be renamed to better reflect its intended use.

If we want a tag for skin that's darker than common Caucasian/East Asian skin tone ranges, natural or not, but lighter than what some people might consider "dark skin", then we should make something like tan skin, rather than using the ambiguously named tan. But that's a discussion for its own thread.
