-1 Not all turtlenecks have collars which I would call a high collar. Something like the Pravda military uniform (post #2749215) with its turtleneck may be considered to have a high collar. But something like Velma's loose turtleneck sweater (post #1000000) would most certainly not fit into that category. This is why we normally shouldn't assign parts of an outfit with an implication.

Also, in my view, the collar tags should be limited to non-casual outfits with collars that can fasten around the neck or are made of stiff material.
