Nuking bare_thighs

mass update bare_thighs -> -bare_thighs

The wikiless bare_thighs tag exists as a replacement for a variety of other established tags, essentially just providing tag padding as it is being used in place of (and often in addition to) bare_legs, thighs and occasionally zettai_ryouiki. It is also being used on characters wearing swimsuits, underwear_only posts, and even some nude posts, which most bare_x tags are supposed to be exempt from (so such posts do not flood the results for these tags).

The wide variety of usage, the lack of any definition and the fact that there are established replacements for most of its usages leads me to believe that we're better off not having it.

If the tag was being used properly for bare thighs surrounded by clothing I'd disagree on a nuke but yeah, as you said it's just padding right now.

The thighs tag should be sufficient by itself. Thighs isn't used very often when the thighs are covered. I would guess that probably 90% of thighs is already bare thighs.

I was going to say that this should be mass updated to thighs instead, but going through it most bare thighs posts don't look that thigh-focused to me, so a nuke is fine.
