remove alias small_penis -> little_penis
The little penis tag is the only tag of its kind to use little instead of small (we even have small penis humiliation which only makes it look dumber). The problem is that small penis is aliased to it so we have to remove the alias before we can reverse it.
Also, the wiki could maybe use a rework.
