BUR #3750 has been approved by @evazion.
remove implication black_panther -> panther
mass update panther -> black_panther
I went through panther -black_panther and they're all black panthers. That's the proper name for them, and "panther" may mean jaguars or leopards too, so it doesn't make sense for us to have both tags.

Panther is a catchall for leopards, jaguars, and sometimes cougars. But this is also true in regards to the term "black panther", which just means a leopard, jaguar, or cougar that has melanism.

And for all those animals there's specific tags. Having also "panther" is redundant unless we want a catch all tag for those animals.
