rename tarou_a._priapus_(priapus) -> priapus_a._tarou

BUR #3666 has been approved by @evazion.

Name fix because of translator flipping the order of names (it seems that has stuck with fans since the original fan translations, but because everyone mostly calls him priapus it shouldn't matter much)

EDIT: The bulk update request #3666 (forum #174227) has been approved by @evazion.

original name order would be priapus_a._tarou, the translator flipped it.

He is (based on) the greek god, anyway.

Thank you for bringing it up. I forgot the name stuck with me like this because of the original fan translations. I have changed the BUR to a rename instead.
