Skeb or Twitter version

Short question about differences between Skeb and other website's version of a drawing (in this case Twitter). I have seen this with some other images on skeb, this is just an example.

The skeb version has the additional speech bubble, but also the massive SAMPLE with a paler filter. Should the skeb version be uploaded as a child post or just ignored? The picture is not on the artist's pixiv or other sites it seems.

I would ignore the skeb version (unless it has better resolution). According to the description of skeb post, the character is simply inviting the viewer. This could be used with come hither tag. Don't forget to tag these posts with skeb commission too (which is currently very underused!).

I'd upload it, the change is major enough.
