It sounds like you think that type-1 energy sword should be renamed to energy sword. However, an implication is not a rename. For example, red jacket implies jacket because any red jacket is also a jacket.
Also, energy sword is its own tag already that is used for any sword made of energy, such as a lightsaber from Star Wars.
Despite the name, given its appearance I think it would be more appropriate under the energy_blade tag instead of sword.

I meant it more like how mongirlfan said it. Lightsaber implies energy sword, so why doesn't type-1 energy sword. Beam saber has a similar situation, where it is a type of energy sword. Crucible (doom) is another type of energy sword that should probably be implied as energy sword.
Yeah, it does looks more like an energy blade rather than an energy sword.
