create implication pants_pull -> pants
Don't know why they didn't have it when tags like jeans, pants_rolled_up, and tight_pants already had the implication.

-1 to implicating detached_pants -> pants. The definition of detached pants defines it as a counterpart to detached_sleeves, so the implication would be similar to saying detached_sleeves should implicate shirt.
edit: detach_pants should probably be renamed "detached_pants_legs" or similar.

I understand. I've removed it from the BUR.
I'm not familiar with the detached clothes tagging as I rarely encounter them.

Pants down should be aliased to pants pull. We've already aliased away panties down, pantyhose down, and swimsuit down. Shirt down, skirt down, and shorts down aren't aliased but are unused or nearly unused. The distinction claimed by the wiki (pants pull = pants actively being pulled down, pants down = pants passively pulled down) is not followed in practice.

Yeah, I don't really see a need for two tags with pretty similar premise.

This request has been made before in forum #141235.
I'm unsure how to go about requesting to move everything under pants_down to pants_pull and then making the alias.

@CuteBara "alias pants_down -> pants_pull" will move and create the alias.
