No, they're not visually distinct. I don't recall seeing silver-colored apples elsewhere unless I were to do a deep search of different-colored apples and tag them. As far as golden fruit are concerned, they are no different in appearance than generic gold-colored apples. The trouble is that they're considered a gameplay mechanic in Fate/Grand Order, so taggers may treat them as such.

Golden Fruit
Silver Fruit
Bronze Fruit

I don't really think it needs one but I don't really care whether it goes one way or the other.

I don't think we need it either, Fate is the only property to use the term. If another property came up and started using it, then I think that it would be useful.

The general status of Psuedo-Servants getting multiple character tags is messy. I believe the general consensus is that they get both chartags only if they're mostly indistinguishable from one another, like Jinako & Ganesha. But characters like Ishtar and Ereshkigal, who largely exist as their own entities, only get the Servant tag.
