Adjusting Hat/Adjusting Headwear alias

BUR #3438 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias adjusting_hat -> adjusting_headwear

Other tags like Adjusting Sunglasses and Adjusting Glasses are aliased to Adjusting Eyewear, which is a very similar alias to the one requested. Adjusting Hat is mentioned in Adjusting Headwear's Wiki, but I feel it'd be better as an alias for consistency sake.

Just a little feedback, it's not necessary to both rename and create alias in this case, just an alias will do the work.

Ah ok. I wasn't sure, obviously, but thanks for letting me know. I removed the rename request.
