Just wanted to make sure before uploading from sketch.pixiv.net that I wasn't going to be uploading image samples. When I get an image URL from a post (such as https://sketch.pixiv.net/items/5033769396999737389), it ends up looking like this: https://img-sketch.pixiv.net/uploads/medium/file/7227341/5142495129127768676.png. The main reason I'm asking is because I'm not sure if the "medium" in the URL is referring to the image size. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Yes, that is the full size.
Pixiv Sketch samples look like this: https://img-sketch.pximg.net/c!/w=540,f=webp:jpeg/uploads/medium/file/7227341/5142495129127768676.png.
So long as you remove the transformation part of the url ("c!/w=540,f=webp:jpeg") you'll be fine.
