BUR #3197 has been approved by @evazion.
create alias mochi_mallet -> kine
create implication kine -> mallet
Wikipedia defines the kine as a wooden mallet.
The alias is so that it also shows up in the autocomplete and for ease of remembering.

On this topic, should mallet imply hammer? We also have holding mallet, seems redundant when we have holding hammer.

pestle ~kine ~usagi_kine. Kine is essentially a large pestle. Shouldn't kine implicate pestle too?

Would be nice to have tag to distinguish tool from abstract concept of hammer. We do have sledgehammer and claw_hammer, but they don't cover whole spectra of hammer tools (post #3793233, post #3756447, post #1944913, post #1401641, etc...). hammer -weapon -mallet yields lot's of non-tool hammers.
Otherwise implicating mallet to hammer looks ok to me.
