Tag alias: belly_peek-> midriff_peek

BUR #3073 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias belly_peek -> midriff_peek

At the moment the tags are being used interchangeably. For situations where there is belly overhang peeking from the bottom of the shirt, midriff_peek wouldn't apply.

Making it belly peek, or maybe renaming the tag, would make all instances of stomach peek applicable. Thoughts?

EDIT: I have switched it to being the other way around. Midriff seems like a more encompassing term for the mid section that has a wider range of applications. As well as forgoing the use of "accidental exposure" in the wiki.

Why not? If it's because of the word "accidentally" in the wiki, I'd be in favour of the removal of that word.

Support the alias but would much rather have the other way around, as the belly tag on danbooru suggests the character is plump, whereas the midriff tag is neutral to body shape, and this tag should be neutral as well.

+1

Because midriff is the region between the chest and the waist. Calling midriff belly overhang (under the waistline belly peek) midriff seems wrong.

That being said, I do agree with belly sounds plump. So maybe renaming it to stomach_peek would satisfy that?

Updated

Midriff is a very conditional thing, whereas belly is pretty straightforward and neutral, so I support the alias.

However, can it be agreed upon that a belly "peek" involves incidental exposure through clothing which may otherwise conceal it? That seems like an essential requisite for this term but I would like to clarify what others think. This incidental exposure, however, is not accidental or embarrassing, it's not a serious exposure.

Edit: With the request reversed I do not have an opinion, typos

I support this in the other direction (belly peek -> midriff peek). Besides what skylightcrystal mentioned, it's possible to have a midriff peek viewed from behind, in which case it couldn't be called a belly peek or a stomach peek.

That's a fair point. Didn't consider midriff when seen from the back. Then yeah we can make the change the other way. And forgo the "accidental" part of the wiki, since I believe the "peek" part is more an amount of exposure, rather than accidental.

Yes, I would say midriff peek should only be used when the midriff is incidentally exposed by clothing that would normally cover it, like long tops. I think the "accidentally visible" part of the wiki means that short tops that intentionally expose the midriff, like crop tops, don't count.
