finger gun implication

create implication finger_gun_to_head -> finger_gun

Should be obvious

The implication seems fine, but there are some posts currently under finger_gun_to_head that should be doubled checked if they are finger_gun before making this implication.

post #3435369 and post #4007195 are half-closed finger guns, there's several of those under the parent tag. Not sure about post #2912425 and parent, though it seems we also have finger_to_head so they probably belong there instead.

IMO yes, but On another note: would both tags be used, if it´s to another person, like "finger to anothers head" or "finger gun to anothers head", given all those other "anothers" tags?
