Tenki no Ko male lead's name romanised as "Hotaka Morisaki"

Where does the Romanisation of Tenki no Ko/Weathering with You's male lead's name as Morisaki Hotaka come from? Is there an official furigana that shows "森嶋 帆高" should be read as such? The official Good Smile page for his Nendo has it as "Hodaka Morishima" ("Morishima Hodaka" if you prefer family name first).

Added qualifier for consistency with Amano Hina (Tenki no Ko).

Is the qualifier in morishima_hodaka_(tenki_no_ko) really needed? There's no characters with exact same name as him, contrary to Amano Hina's case.

There are only two main characters in this movie and if we're going to qualify one we may as well qualify both.
