Tag alias request: suisei_channel - redundant copyright tag?

BUR #2528 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias suisei_channel -> hoshimachi_suisei

Reason: The former tag seems to be a relic from the independent part of Suisei's career, before she joined Cover and eventually became part of the Hololive lineup. Therefore, I don't see much reason for distinguishing the two anymore, since the Hololive copyright tag fully applies to posts featuring her anyway.

The same thing could be said about roboco ch. and merry milk no mori, between others.
