The jpg is the original file from twitter, you can check on ascii2d. The png is what I initially thought was the original file (I forgot that ascii2d shows dimensions and file size).

Got sample URL from Wayback Machine, old sample URL redirects to current sample URL, Danbooru is able to get the full image (despite the deviation being unavailable).
