Have you considered making a bot to check posts from Newgrounds to see if they're converted from WebP? This is just a handful of examples I found while going through source:*newgrounds filetype:png.

The Discord discussion is saying the webp/png are pixel-perfect dupes, so I'm not doing any more of these.
