This is just a guess, but I think it's because the version that's currently uploaded (from Tumblr on the web) has an ICC profile, which usually gets stripped (along with other metadata) from blog exports for whatever reason.

@caps7 - Wrong. The comments there say that's an upscale, and the MD5 hash given by ascii2d matches Danbooru's copy.

The comments are talking about another post (yandere #390361), but the ascii2d MD5 match is more damning, I suppose.
