[BUR] Pokemon Generation Tags

I think it's good that this BUR was approved. It seems the gen tags were correctly added in most posts but were still missing from some.

As a random example, this BUR added gen_6_pokemon to post #3827842, and gen_2_pokemon to post #3821504.
