Colored sash implications

BUR #2305 has been approved by @evazion.

create implication red_sash -> sash

I am unsure about the need of colour_sash tags, but if they are approved should the few *_obi tags be aliased to the corresponding *_sash tag since obi implies sash?

I've been tagging colored obis with colored_sash because of that implication, and by looking at obi *_sash it seems others have too. The obi tags are all very small save for checkered obi, due to a certain character monopolizing that tag, so I wasn't sure whether to ask for an alias for that tag to checkered_sash.

I removed grey, brown, and orange sashes since they don't meet the 50 post minimum.

I added them on purpose, because we're just gonna forget about them until someone remembers in two years' time otherwise. It's just three of them, and this implication is for all colors, so it doesn't make sense to leave them out.

That's not a good reason to add implications/aliases. They're added when they're needed now, not because they might be one day.

I think using color_sash for colored obis is fine, and better than having color_obi tags.
