I don't read Watamote, so I have to ask. You say her full name is "revealed" in chapter 173. Does her full name have significance to the story? I ask because if her full name is a spoiler, the tag shouldn't be changed.

Watamote is a slice-of-life series and there is no story significance to "full name reveals". There are a number of characters known only by family name or given name at first, but it's just more a trivia point when the other name is shown. There are a lot of characters who have had their names updated in the tags in the same way, and it's more convenient since it's less ambiguous and doesn't necessitate a qualifier.
