[APPROVED] Tag nuke: semicircle_lift

BUR #2274 has been approved by @evazion.

mass update semicircle_lift -> -semicircle_lift

Reason: Meaning is not immediately obvious, and no wiki exists to clarify. Only 99 posts, so I could tag script it without much trouble, but I wanted to get some feedback in case there's something I'm missing.

Woops, I had no idea this was already being discussed. I simply noticed this tag just now and couldn't understand what it was for.

It was being discussed in the sense that a couple forum regulars briefly commented on the subject and then had nothing else to say, which is quite often how it goes these days, unfortunately. Since you've already created a new thread, picking it back up here would be fine too.

I feel like this tag is pointless and wayyyy more images should be tagged with it and aren't so it's pretty useless. I say get rid of it.

The reason for that bit at least is that the tag is only recently created.
