BUR #2266 has been approved by @evazion.
create alias saber_alter_costume_ver._shinjuku_1999 -> jet_black_king_of_knights_ver._shinjuku_1999
Reason: The costume has an official name now, so should be aliased to be more consistent with the tagging of Jeanne Alter's Shinjuku costume.
On a related side note, topic #16355 was missed and should be approved.
