BUR #2237 has been approved by @evazion.
create implication pom_pom_earrings -> earrings
Reason: Type of earrings that haven't been implicated yet. I didn't want to add a pom pom (clothing) implication either because I'm not sure if earrings are treated as a type of clothing.

I think this implication should be added as well, because isn't the (clothes) qualifier less about "it's part of clothes" and more about "it's not a cheerleader pom pom, it's the other kind"?
