Change shrike_(bird) to shrike_(animal)

I was insufficiently familiar with tagging conventions when I created shrike_(bird) and it seems to me now that to be consistent with other bird tags it should be changed to shrike_(animal).

Because we all love consistency, yes we do.

It was just one post. Just move it manually and rename the wiki.
There are other birds with *_(bird) tags, though, and actually only a few have *_(animal) tags…

Yeah, I think *_(bird) might be a better qualifier than *_(animal) here. It's what Wikipedia uses, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crane_(bird) for example.
