As I went through some images, I came across this post that shows a girl with a somewhat suggestive expression and some tentacles around touching her body.

When I looked at the rating, it was listed as safe but reading the rating rules wiki #10920 I understood that the image should be rated as questionable. So I opened the topic to discuss and come to a conclusion on how the image would be rated better.

Firstly, don’t use huge text. It’s obnoxious and unnecessarily hard to read.
Secondly, please use topic #8495 for rating checks next time.
Thirdly, the rating has already been changed to questionable by now.

First, please use ordinary text. Putting entire forum posts in header text is annoying and hard on the eyes.

Second, requests to check post ratings should be done in the Ratings check thread. It's linked in the useful thread index, which is stickied. Creating an entire new forum thread just to discuss a single post is completely unnecessary.

One more thing: when making your case for changing a post's rating, it would help if you'd explain the specific reasons why you think it should be changed. In the case of the post you linked I think that the combination of the breast touching and form-fitting outfit make it suggestive enough to merit a Questionable rating, but you didn't mention any of that.
