mass update yancon -> hiwonoafu
Reason: I am the artist. I realize it's a tiny tag, but I have not used yancon for 5+ years, so it's rather confusing to have my new stuff being posted under that name with hiwonoafu just listed as an "other name" under the artist tag itself. It would be very helpful if you could update the tag to hiwonoafu since that's what I use everywhere and yancon essentially does not exist anymore.
EDIT: The bulk update request #2188 (forum #161334) has been rejected by @Hillside_Moose.
